Spencer has worked for Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City since 2001. He currently uses his strong research and organizational skills to assist our search consultants.

Spencer is a highly organized and detail oriented individual with an incredible memory. He excels at keeping our large volumes of contacts clean, organized and up-to-date. He is also very effective at using technology to supplement our traditional recruiting methodologies.

He is also valued in the office for his business savvy. Spencer's understanding of how businesses operate and become successful gives him the insight needed to know where to find the cream of the crop in candidates, as well as where we should dig deeper.

In addition to supporting our staff, Spencer is also in his junior year at Brigham Young University, pursuing his bachelor's degree. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, dance, reading and spending time with his beautiful wife Faith and baby boy, Benjamin.
