Mike focuses his recruiting efforts on finding top talent along the Wasatch Front. He recruits proven producers that will enhance his clients' bottom line. He knows first hand what motivates top professionals in the field and has a recruiting style that appeals to his exclusive and extensive network of contacts – resulting in excellent candidates for his clients.

Prior to working with MRI of Salt Lake City, he had a very successful career with a financial services company where his responsibilities included sales, coaching, training, customer service and logistical support. He was also very successful within the mortgage division of a Fortune 50 (he was the number one sales professional on his team of 16).

Mike earned his BA degree in Russian from the University of Utah. Outside of the office Mike enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his wife. He also loves spending time with their two children.
