Jared joined the Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City team in June 2001. Since that time, he has established himself as a specialist in placing Biometrics professionals and is now the Manager in the Biometrics Division. This focus has made him especially effective when speed and quality are important. Jared has a proven track record of finding the best of the employed and passive job seekers with the most desirable skill sets.

For his clients, this means he can quickly identify and help attract candidates that otherwise would not be available. He doesn't just send resumes of unemployed or otherwise unhappy candidates. He "head-hunts" candidates who are gainfully employed and doing for your competition what you need to have done for you.

The candidates he works with receive time and attention from a professional recruiter who knows the companies and hiring managers who are in need of people with their expertise and experience. An example of Jared's success was a search for a small CRO that needed help attracting a senior level SAS Programmer. Jared found a local candidate who had not been actively looking, "tapped them on the shoulder" and presented the opportunity to explore a position that would advance their career. The candidate was identified, interviewed, received an offer, and accepted three weeks from the time the client called Jared about the position. The candidate started two weeks later, and is currently making a huge difference in the company.

Another example is a leading Biotech company that needed help building their biometrics department from the top down. Their needs included multiple contractors, hands-on Senior Biostatisticians, Managers of Biostatistics, an overall head of Statistical Programming. Thanks to Jared's extensive contact network, the company was able to bring on the key players they needed to keep growing. They are still growing and the staff (many of whom have been promoted) is very happy.

Jared earned his Bachelors' Degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University. He recently attained his CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager) status on his first attempt - one of the few to do so. He enjoys the outdoors, especially snowmobile and motorcycle riding. Jared and his wife have three wonderful sons.
