Justin specializes in recruiting and placing top talent in the Call Center/BPO industry. With years of industry experience behind him, he brings the knowledge and specific skills that are necessary to produce results. His ability to build and maintain relationships has proven to be vital in finding top-caliber talent while solving the needs of client companies.

Prior to joining Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City, Justin spent four years working in the call center industry. His knowledge and experience comes from roles such as Sales Supervisor and Customer Service Manager.

Justin graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and a minor in Communications. When he is not in the office he enjoys spending time with is wife Annie and their two sons, Spencer and Luke. He also enjoys being involved in any sport, but basketball is his all-time favorite.
