Job Description

We are searching for an individual to join our firm as a Recruiter. You would be assigned to work closely with one of our Senior Staff members who has built a specialty practice in one of the hottest areas of our economy. You would be put in an 18-month training/apprenticeship program at the conclusion of which you would be qualified for a promotion to Search Consultant. Our typical Search Consultant earns $80-120K.

From day one you will work to qualify for incredible incentive trips, this year alone our staff has made trips to the Caribbean, Hawaii and a 7-Day Alaska Cruise. 90% of our team members qualify for one or more of these trips.
