Dirk Cotterell

Mr. Cotterell earned a bachelor's degree in organizational communications from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a master's degree in business management from the University of LaVerne. He began his career in 1982 with CADAM INC in Los Angeles, Calif. Mr. Cotterell worked nine years for CADAM/IBM, a developer of CAD/CAM software, in various positions, including general manager of European operations, president of CADAM Deutschland GmbH based in Frankfurt, Germany, and director of worldwide sales. He has extensive experience in international commerce, having conducted business in France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, The Netherlands and Singapore.

Mr. Cotterell founded Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City, Inc. in 1991. Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City is recognized, as one of the West's most successful search and recruiting firms. Mr. Cotterell is married to Lilly Ann Spendlove and they are the parents of six sons, four lovely daughters-in-law and grandparents to four incredibly beautiful granddaughters and four very adorable grandsons.
